🍕 Homemade Pizza Recipe – Easy & Cheesy!
📝 Ingredients
For the Dough:
- 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp instant yeast
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ¾ cup warm water
For the Toppings:
- ½ cup pizza sauce
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- Sliced tomatoes or bell peppers
- Onion rings
- Cooked chicken/sausage (optional)
- Oregano & chili flakes to taste
👨🍳 Instructions
- Prepare the dough: In a bowl, mix flour, salt, sugar, and yeast. Add warm water and olive oil. Knead for 8–10 minutes until smooth. Cover and let it rise for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Shape & add toppings: Roll out the dough, spread the sauce, add cheese and toppings of your choice.
- Bake: Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Serve hot: Sprinkle oregano, chili flakes, slice it up, and enjoy!
