📝 Ingredients

For the Dough:

  • 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp instant yeast
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ¾ cup warm water

For the Toppings:

  • ½ cup pizza sauce
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Sliced tomatoes or bell peppers
  • Onion rings
  • Cooked chicken/sausage (optional)
  • Oregano & chili flakes to taste

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Prepare the dough: In a bowl, mix flour, salt, sugar, and yeast. Add warm water and olive oil. Knead for 8–10 minutes until smooth. Cover and let it rise for 1 hour.
  2. Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  3. Shape & add toppings: Roll out the dough, spread the sauce, add cheese and toppings of your choice.
  4. Bake: Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  5. Serve hot: Sprinkle oregano, chili flakes, slice it up, and enjoy!
